Air Fryer Crispy Roast Potatoes
Crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle! We have adapted our simple Mellow Yellow Crispy Roast Potatoes recipe for air fryers. Air fryers cook quicker than a standard oven, which is great for busy families or if you just need extra space in the oven.
Our Mellow Yellow Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil has high smoke point of 230°C, making it perfect for achieving a beautifully crisp and golden coating to your roasties, with a wonderfully fluffy centre.

Peel and chop the potatoes. Rinse and par boil the potatoes in salted water for approximately 4 minutes.

Drain and shake the potatoes to make them nice and fluffy.

Drizzle oil into air fryer and heat the oil for 3mins at 190°C (air fry setting).

Once hot, add the potatoes and air fry for 20-25mins at 190°C, stirring occasionally.
