Honey & Mustard Sausage Hot Pot
Delicious mid week meals don’t come any easier than this sausage hot pot! Made with our Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing, you simply put all the ingredients in a casserole dish, pour our preservative-free dressing over the top, muddle it together and cook! The honey and mustard flavours work brilliantly here and you can switch the veggies for any of your favourites.

Preheat oven to 190°C fan.

In a large casserole dish, add the carrots, potatoes, onion and sausages.

Add a generous seasoning of salt and pepper and pour over the Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing. Mix together to fully coat.

Tightly cover the dish with foil and cook in the oven for 1 hour.

After an hour, take the foil off, add the peas and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the sausages are nicely browned.

4 carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks

125ml Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing

1/2 cup frozen peas

A generous sprinkling of salt & freshly ground black pepper
